Here at puppy paws pet grooming services we offer everything From a basic bath and blow dry, full groom with coat clipping or de-shedding to luxury spa treatments for your furry friend, We offer an In house grooming service for the daycare dogs & a client drop off grooming service for all other dogs.

Welcome to our Dog Grooming Salon

We are a family run Dog Grooming salon based in Howden East Yorkshire. My daughter and I established Puppy Paws Pet Grooming Services just over 4 years ago. We now run our very own successful dog grooming salon here at the dog daycare centre.

Level 3 City & Guilds trained, Qualified & insured.

Grooming Services Available

Bath & dry only!

from £35.00 - dependent on coat type, condition and size

bath, shampoo, conditioner, basic blow dry, eye, foot and hygiene areas cleaned.

Standard full Grooming - Bath & blow dry plus coat clipping/ de-shedding

From £45.00 -dependent on coat type, condition and size

bath, shampoo, conditioner, blast dry/ fluff dry, brush through, coat clipping and scissor styling/ de- shedding face shaping, ears, eyes & hygiene areas cleaned and trimmed, spritz of cologne as desired & complimentary nail clipping if needed.

please note a Matting fee will be charged if matted or not on a regular 6 to 8 weekly Grooming schedule ( breed/ coat type / coat condition dependent )

Puppy introduction Grooms ( 2 - 5 months of age only! not including full bo

From £30.00 - dependent on size, coat type and condition

puppy will receive their first bath, shampoo and conditioner, brushed, towel/ blow dry, hygiene scissor trim, nails clipped & a small spritz of puppy safe cologne, puppy’s first groom certificate, puppy treats and cute bandanna. ( please note most single coated puppy breeds will not be suitable to be clipped until 5-6 months of age, but a light scissor trim can be preformed to tidy up your puppy’s coat and sanitary areas)

* Standard teeth brushing From - £6.00

* EmmI- Pet ultrasound teeth cleaning - discounted when added to a standard full groom/ de-shed - based on a 4 to 8 weekly schedule- please note several treatments may be required to see a significant improvement ( not suitable for all dogs)

Independent - Emmi Pet Ultrasound maintenance clean - Not suitable for all

First Consultation session from £45 Follow up sessions from £25

First consult appointment from £45 ( 1 hour appointment including consult, condition assessment, 40 minute cleaning treatment & application of Orozyme gel)

Follow up prices are based on a 4 to 8 week regular schedule cleans ( 30 minute session )

In house grooming appointments are available

Priced as above ( please contact for breed specific pricing)

In house dog grooming appointments are available for dogs using the day care centre, appointment need to be booked in advance if requiring an appointment during their daycare session. priced as above, based on breed, coat type and condition, size, behaviour and frequency of groom.

Client drop off and pick up grooming appointments are available

Priced as above ( please contact for breed specific pricing )

Also available are our client drop off appointments for anyone who wishes to drop off their dog with us at the salon, then collect them when they are done! ( You do not need to be using or registered to the day care facilities )
